SumoLink uses Shopify and selected service providers to operate this storefront, process checkout, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. This policy describes the categories of information used for those purposes.
Information you provide
You may provide contact details, billing and shipping information, account details, order information, support messages, compatibility setup details, and communication preferences. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.
Information collected through the store
Shopify, analytics tools, fraud-prevention services, and related providers may collect device, browser, IP address, cookie, cart, checkout, order, and usage information needed to run and secure the storefront.
How information is used
- Process payment authorization, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, and warranty support.
- Respond to product, compatibility, driver, order, and technical-support requests.
- Protect the store, detect fraud, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and enforce store terms.
- Send service messages and, where consent is provided, marketing or product-update communications.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, logistics providers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics and support tools, and professional advisers when needed to provide the service or comply with law. These providers may process information in other countries under their own legal and security obligations.
Payments
Payment card details are handled through Shopify checkout and configured payment providers. SumoLink does not ask customers to send complete payment card details through email or the contact form.
Retention and security
Order and support records are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, warranty service, and legal obligations. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Email support@sumolink.com or use the contact page to submit a request. SumoLink may verify identity before acting on a request.
Children
The storefront is not directed to children who cannot legally enter a purchase contract in their location. If you believe a child submitted personal information improperly, contact SumoLink.
